Tim is the founder and CEO of Focus 3, an Ohio-based advisory firm that provides consulting and training resources to help organizations develop their leaders, strengthen their culture, and empower their people.
Tim also has a deep passion for teaching the Bible. A Call To Excellence is the daily devotional that Tim writes to provide the Christian community with insight into what the Bible teaches and how it can be applied in our generation.
2 Peter 1.3 says, “His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence.”
The mission of Tim’s teaching ministry is to equip and encourage the followers of Jesus to know God more deeply, trust Him more consistently, and respond to His call to excellence.
Tim studied at Princeton Seminary for two years in the 70’s, spent a summer at L’Abri fellowship in Switzerland with Francis Schaeffer, and then completed his M.Div at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School near Chicago.
To this day, Dr. Schaeffer remains profoundly influential in Tim’s life and ministry.
