2 Peter 1.2
May grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.”

As we finish this week’s series on peace, please keep in mind that the Lord seeks to “multiply” his grace and peace to us. He wants us to experience more and more of his grace and peace. Peace | Part Four

It is very common for Christians to pray and ask God to give them peace. But if a Christian listens carefully (and reads the Bible diligently), the Lord responds by saying: "I have already given you peace. Now it is your responsibility to activate it." The evil one does not want you to activate and operate by the peace that God has given you. The enemy wants you to operate by the sin nature that still resides within you. It doesn't seem reasonable that such peace could exist in the midst of the problems and troubles that people go through. But this is divine, supernatural peace; it cannot be understood — let alone produced —  on a human level.
